Hawkstream Radio is a student run internet radio station based out of the University of North Carolina in Wilmington (UNCW). Its goal is to offer talk and music radio to the students at UNCW via the internet. The main portion of this project was the vast amount of content. Each show required a page, graphics were created for the homepage, a schedule was created, as well was a calendar. However, the station also requested a contact page for feedback as well as a forum. Since moderation can at times be overwhelming the school also asked that the forum have profanity automatically censored. In the end, this website gave Hawkstream Radio a more rich experience than the other student media.

Friends of Bastrop County Animal Shelter
The Friends of Bastrop County Animal Shelter is a nonprofit organization based in Bastrop County, Texas. Its goal is to support the local animal shelter, promote adoption, and encourage responsible pet ownership. This website required a high level of customization and the ability of the organization’s members to make updates on their own. To do this they needed not only a place to post events but also feature pets from the shelter, accept donations, receive volunteer emails, and at one point even had an online auction. While this website has been challenging at times, we have delivered what was needed to the customer.
